In February and March, the outer world can feel cold, dark, like nothing is growing, as if nature is asleep. We can feel alone in our homes. Neuroscientists now know that our social nervous systems need to be nourished, especially in dark times. This winter, come meet with others to explore the inner world through meditation, human connection and some gentle re-awakening of yourself.
